Refund & Return Policy

At House of Wheels, with a few important exceptions, sales are not final until you are satisfied. Refunds for product returned will be subject to the following considerations:

Product must be returned in original packaging or original condition without scratches or blemishes or signs of use or wear.

Bikes, scooters, skateboards or parts and accessories mounted on bikes, scooters, or skateboards that show any signs of having been ridden or other signs of wear ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund at any time. The determination of signs of wear is left completely up to House of Wheels Management.


House of Wheels Ltd. reserves the right to decide what goes on sale, the value of any discounts applied, and when those discounts will be applied. Sales may start and end without notice, and at no time is House of Wheels Ltd. obligated to disclose upcoming sale events to customers. 

Sale dates are exclusive. Sale prices WILL NOT be applied outside of sale dates. Product returns and refunds are NOT POSSIBLE during sales at any time. This means that a previously purchased product IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND during a sale. Retro-active discounts will not be applied to products purchased prior to the beginning of a sale.

CAMPS & Other Registration Refunds:

Camp registration fees are fully refundable until the end of 14 days prior to the start date of Camp. Camp cancellations between 7 & 14 days prior to the start date of Camp are subject to a 50% late cancellation fee. Camp cancellations between 6 days and 48 hours prior to the start date of Camp are subject to a 75% late cancellation fee. There is no refund within 48 hours of the start date and time of the camp.

Lesson registration fees are fully refundable until 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Lesson cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time are subject to a 50% late cancellation fee. This is because of the staffing levels required to meet safety requirements during lesson times.


Pre-paid bookings for ride time, lessons, classes, or any use of the facility are refundable only up until six (6) hours BEFORE the ride time starts. Any time after that, pre-paid ride time is NON-REFUNDABLE. You must provide proof that you contacted us to cancel. "I talked to someone who said..." is not sufficient proof. Send us an email.

Once a ride is paid for, and the ride time begins, a rider becoming unable or unwilling to ride for any reason, such as injury or illness, or damage to equipment, does not constitute eligibility for a refund.

There is NO REFUND after 12 months on pre-booked lessons, classes, or other ride time bookings. They may be exchanged for products of equal value, or used at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any reason.
